What would it take for the drivers to make some sort of demand for a better aero package? I can't imagine they're all just okay with this riding around in a line of all-consuming understeer.

The worse thing they did was add the lexan to the spoilers. These cars punch an even bigger hole in the air now.....clean air is an even BIGGER premium. :yuk:

I can't imagine the lower ride heights are any help either. They're just vacuumed to the track, no air goes unused. It's probably the absolute worst for Indy, but it's still fucking up the racing pretty much everywhere else as well.

Radiator belly pans too.

These things are like 70's ground effects F1/Indy cars. No pun intended, but these cars do suck.

Multiple strategies kind of made it interesting at the start but this felt more like a practice session with the small crowd and lack passing.

Guess I'll stick to watching IndyCar, F1, and ARCA.

Apart from that restart battle (so every restart), this is really bad.

I guarantee you, reducing engine power will NOT solve the aero-dependency problem.

Unless they make a MASSIVE cut on the downforce as well.

That's all it boils down to. Most of the problems that we're bitching about actually has something to do with the cars and not the track itself. It's staring right at NASCAR's face, but unless RTA forces their hand, nothing will get done.
