What does Fernando Alonso have in common with Kurt Busch (pre-2013 Busch)? Quite a lot it seems.

Right at the end of Q2, when Kimi is outqualified, you can see me waving Finnish flag in the Prima Variante grand stand. The flag has text "Kimi" and "Salla" (the town that I come from). It's pretty much the only Finnish flag in the sea of red (and I'm wearing red too).

If anyone has screenshots, it would be great to see. 8)

e: I really don't wish for the rain, but not sunny either, since I burnt my skin quite bad today...

Thanks Mattzel!

D'oh, I knew I had the wrong camera, the screen was in angle towards me and I had so little time to react. Oh well, better than expected...

Always makes me laugh when people see themselves on the big screen and instantly wave or point at the screen instead of the camera

You got to experince it yourself to understand better how hard it is to spot the right camera. The screen has a delay and cameras are pretty far. The Sun was shining on the screen so all I could see was lots of red and blue&white flag with black text on it. I saw two cameras and I waved to the wrong one. I probably got disoriented, since the screen is not like a mirror. I thought I should turn right instead of left.

But it's funnier this way, pretty much sums up my how things usually play out for me - I should turn left and I turn right, "you had one job". Well, new try today. :D

P.S: no rain expected.

I got filmed close up at McLaren eating one of their biscuits at the 50th anniversary celebration. As I have a steaming cold it probably looked like feeding time for Rudolph.

Looking at the radar rain could really be a factor today.

Ha. No idea which camera crew it was, but I don't think it was FOM or Sky.

For the moment. Rain could hit the track just before the race start by the looks of it.
