This thread will def go HoF now :p

Needs more activity. Hope it won't be as intermittently silent during the race as it has been for a lot of these sessions :p

Eurosport proves it loves pit lane interviews and hates all that nonsense about having to cover cars on the racetrack....

FFS....

Would be more HoF if the forum banner had the Yaytree waving a red flag.

Well sorry ;) I ordered Eurosport Player now anyway. i mean 5€ is not much for a month and Le Mans ;)

This. I just wouldn't bear watching this with ads. Plus you get the Natural Sounds audiotrack which is extremely useful if you want to sync Radio Le Mans to it. A month subscribtion is about 2,5€ here in Poland and it's bloody worth it.

Maybe this is a stupid question, but why are they going all gung-ho for a couple of spots on the grid? Surely the difference between 3rd and 1st isn't worth the risk?

It is about marketing about running at the front at the start of the race as it always has been.

Lancia is a perfect example, rubbish over the race pace but they are good on one lappers so they grabbed a chance to get pole position and worldwide coverage of them leading the race (not for long though)
