La Deux it is then. Has been a few races, but I hope they managed to solve the radio-message issue (you could hardly hear them because they forgot to turn off the mic).

La Deux shows football, I think the race is on La Une. VT4 sucks anyway. A race in prime time? oh no, we can't move our repeats of CSI for that. :lol:

I'll be in France this weekend and I was wondering, is the race shown live on free TV? On TF1 by any chance, or might I be able to receive some Belgian channel perhaps? Figured the football broadcasts might be in the way and I thought I'd make sure.

Starting next year:
all season on Sky Italia (which will show Moto GP from 2014). Eleven races only on Sky, the other 9 also on free tv (they should stay on RAI 1 and RAI 2). Just like in UK.

Italian fans are celebrating :flag:

No not for this Weekend, all coverage will be on Eurosport France, even for the race as there is french legislative elections.

I don't know about anyone else, but I found 5Live's duo yesterday really quite good. The Leg had a far greater rapport with Jaime than he ever did with Brundle, and they worked very well for two people who hadn't worked together before. Legard was better in his natural environment anyway.

Allan McNish will be replacing Ant Davidson for Sky this weekend, at least in the commentary box in FPs

this GP and the British one are live on the BBC yes?

(I try to remember that the BBC has all the crap races + Britain, Monaco and Spa).

Yes.

The deal was that the BBC can't have more than two consecutive races live. Hence they lost out on some good races.
