That was fun to watch. I knew it was a matter of time before Chase Elliott won a race. You could tell early on that Chase Elliott seemed to be more determined than ever to win this one. This might be the happiest I've been about a Chevy winning a race ever. Chase Elliott earned every bit of that win.

Someone at Premier doesn't like Chase since they've cut the coverage in favour of pre-recorded trialthon LOL

Good race, action throughout.

Tast winner.

I'm definitely in a NASCAR thread right?

Of course they do. Watching these over powered over weight pigs flounder around a good road course is always a recipe for good racing.

I also noticed this recently and it annoys the heck out of me! Buddy Baker never YELLED at me.

And it's only the second win of the season for Chevrolet, which snapped a 20-race drought for them.

Chevrolet's longest win drought in the modern era (post-1972) stretched 31 races long, which began with the 1981 Daytona 500 (won by Richard Petty in a Buick Regal) and was snapped by Dave Marcis when he won a rain-shortened race at Richmond the following season.

Who would've ever thought that Kenny Habul would win in anything, let alone a NASCAR Cup race.

Habul owns Sun Energy who sponsored Chase yesterday...

On a serious note, one of the better races I've seen in awhile. Good stuff.
