Rain would end the race now so it'd better be a bucketload, 2004 style or not at all!

Good thing it didn't rain more at the end of the race. The storm Corey and I drove through just a few minutes after leaving the track was a nasty one. They would have had to stop the race it was raining so hard. We could barely drive at 50mph!

What the fucking balls?

Motors TV have just cut away from LIVE Grand Am for delayed Blancpain that was scheduled for AFTER Watkins finished.... :yuk:

Jesus Motors, I'm assuming that was an auto-playout error but still, C'monnnnnnn, live racing always trumps delayed stuff.

Don't worry, live Blancpain Spa 24 hours will be interupted for recorded Grand-Am from Indianapolis (which they can show live on friday but they won't). Great scheduling on MotorsTV, did they hire that guy from Eurosport?

Was standing at the Boot in a t-shirt getting soaked to the skin while car after car soared off the road. It was like watching Swan Lake or something. Worth the drenching! :D

Yet another badly damaged Aston Martin in Continental Tire as one of the Multimatic cars just got turned into the wall on the oval section at Indy.

And another one just crashed headfirst into the inside wall on the run to turn 1. :( Looked like a suspension failure or something. Awful day for Multimatic - two wrecked cars and a third broke down early...
