Still can't believe Eng wasn't penalized for blowing by that blow dryer.

From the replay it kinda looked like all the cars were going stupidly fast for yellows, not just Eng. Drivers are always going to push it catching back up to the pack or unlapping themselves under yellow. They need to have a better system for recovery vehicles on a live track under yellows, or stuff like this will continue to happen. They mentioned that whites should have been waving to indicate slow moving vehicles, were they? Was hard to see from that replay.

If I still need separate flags to indicate where on the full course (that already is yellow) drivers should slow down, then what the duck do I need the full course yellow for in the first place? The track IS yellow for the reason that recovery and repairs are going on. You don't need a system to tell the drivers that they should slow down during a caution. You need a system to ensure they keep being slow during a caution, even with no safety car around. Just add like a 2nd pit limiter with double pit speed and have that on during the full caution.

Yep, and be prepared for the result of cautions that last forever while cars unlap themselves, which is 2nd only to dangerous speeds under yellow in the list of things TBK loves to bitch about.

Couldn't care less if lapped cars are on the other side of the track whenever it goes green. They already got their lap back. Why would they be entitled to catch up in the first place?

As much as I'm not Eduardo Freitas' biggest fan, I think it would be enough to instruct drivers about the presence of track maintenance vehicles at a given corner and give indications like "slow down and bear totally to the right at corner x", like he does.

None for Fraga, Farfus had a DT but was last car running in GTP any way.
