I know they were stacking up on the restarts earlier but what the hell has happened there? So much damage

EDIT: Same thing. Just with much more speed

Surprised the commentators are so baffled by this. It was happening on every restart. Just faster this time.

All of a sudden just checking up and the Vetter couldn't react in time

Strange how this has been a problem today. Don't remember seeing it here before

That Corvette just took out 5 or so GTDs… that’s quite special under caution

Surprised we're not under red.

Looks like the GTD's got crossed up to the right and the Vette went left clobbering another GTD that had moved to avoid the chaos.

Looks like Taylor didn't even see the Lamborghini until it was too late

Does anyone else not really enjoy night racing? Nothing much happens because the drivers are more careful, and if something does happen you can't see it. It looks cool but that novelty wears off pretty quickly. I don't mind it in 24 hour races because it's a bit of variety and you know it's going to get light again, but it really kills my enjoyment of races that end at night.

I've thought this for a while. Fully prepared to be in the minority on this.

#25 went off

Did more damage then it looked or the cause of the off?

I don't disagree...

There is definitely no cool factor anymore, except on circuits where it can be pitch dark (mainly Nurburgring 24) without any trackside lightning.

Bathurst 12h is better in this sense since it begins in the morning and ends in daylight, so if there is actual racing at the end you can actually see it.

Personally I love it. It's a whole different level of challenge.
