Thinking about the Deltawing, did they actually bid for the Indy Lights contract or was that just rumour?

Did Indycar get round to announcing Dallara...I mean announcing whoever they chose won the contract to produce the new Indy Lights car at all?

I'm sure Indycar said they'd be announcing it at the season finale but obviously plans got waylaid.

I'll blame Tony George for that, not only is it just the easy option, the series has been probably too busy fighting off his takeover bid they can't get any work done :(
