that JRM news is still awesome. Nice to see Brabs again at Le Mans

But according to this week Auto Hebdo, Nic' Minassian leave Peugeot and Benoit Tréluyer is likely to leave Super GT and Nissan for Audi.

Vernay and Di Grassi are almost confirmed as Peugeot's third driver for Sebring, Spa and LM. And we're going to see the 2011 duos for other 6 Hours races: Sarrazin-Montagny and Davidson-Bourdais.

For Audi, Rocky wants to concentrate more on DTM, and Dumas and Bernhard, even with Porsche contracts, will going to stay with Audi.

And finally, Olivier Beretta quits Corvette Racing for Ferrari Corse Clienti, and he's only to make one race: Le Mans. Still working to find a place in a Ferrari team.

WEC has had an official site for a while now (not much content yet except that cool promotion vid published during Zhuhai):

http://www.fiawec.com

Technical and sporting regs were released couple of weeks ago: http://www.fia.com/en-GB/sport/regulati ... a-wec.aspx

Dempsey has announced an LMP2 program for 2012 and 2013. There aren't really any details yet apart from having to run a closed-cockpit car and the desire to race with Mazda, but that's not possible for 2012. It would appear the likely combination would be a Lola chassis with a non-competing engine, such as the Judd, for a partial 2012 season before jumping in with both feet for 2013.

WEC? ALMS? Anything on that? Patrick Dempsey is about to become my favorite actor, without ever having seen anything with him.

Partial undisclosed season for 2012 (probably ALMS, would be my guess), with the potential for a full WEC campaign in 2013:

It seems that Peugeot's prototype program is in doubt. Graham Goodwin of DSC reports that we might only see two factory 908s in this years LM24.

They need 3 cars in LM. Otherwise, who's gonna block the Audi entries?

Copy-pasting is so hard:

http://twitter.com/#!/dsceditor/status/ ... 3412211712

I'm confused: 2 at Le Mans and WEC or no WEC at all? Latter one would be a big blow...

Tweet from Matteo Bobbi appears to have accidentally broken the news (although no one's picked it up officially) that the JRM lineup for next year will be David Brabham, Peter Dumbreck... And Karun Chandhok!

Now officially confirmed.

According to Italiaracing, Nicolas Minassian already left Peugeot.

In other news (source Mariantic/Autosport): Alan Docking Racing to WEC LMP2 (Oreca-Nissan) with John Martin, Robbie Kerr and Tor Graves; Status GP to ELMS LMP2 with a Lola chassis (and possibly WEC in 2013).

: AutoHebdo confirmed that before: I don't have a scanner, but Minassian already search a drive for WEC.

And Peugeot will present his program the 30th January at Paris, and they're likely to run an Hybrid at Le Mans. so, all the bad rumors we heard are totally wrong.

Bourdais his confirmed also with Peugeot and make a complete double-program, Indycar AND WEC.:
