Just the same as Audi moans that Peugeot are French.

Anyway I think Davidson had that position, he was certainly well in front going into the left (see the Audi's onboard), and the Kristensen closed the door well after the horse had bolted in the right hander.

Ah but the ACO do tend to favour Peugeot, we've seen that with the SC at Le Mans. And the forceful blocking, trying to run the Audi off the track.

Well several non-Audi teams also complained about the ACO favouring Peugeot. But it just wouldn't be French motorsports without extreme levels of corruption.

Apparently Alex Caffi had a huge, head-on crash in the Speed series support race, caused by brake failure. He broke a vertebra and apparently filed a lawsuit against the team.
