Good race. Awesome and mature drive by Herta. Really emulating his dad here! |

Newgarden made three rather big mistakes all season and still had this under control. Well done! |

A feelgood end to the Indycar season Good champion, good race, good new track on the calendar. Now the traditional hibernation for more time than the season lasts until the next one |

God I missed Laguna Seca. It's hard to pass, but it's just a BRILLIANT racetrack. It's a shame they're planning on repaving it. The worn surface is perfect as is! |

ah Laguna Seca, fun to watch, even more fun to drive. A must have on American Open Wheel Racing Series |

overall about what I expected, a battle up front for a couple spots but really hard to pass - usual Laguna if anything the driver that impressed me the most (yet again) is Felix - not a surprise but he put on a show for a bit there ------ ------ ------ stream for the second to last race of the day, one more after this - which is on IMSA.tv |

Better than Sonoma for sure, but I'm still wildly underwhelmed by this being the season finale. |

Finale needs to be a 500 miler at Fontana. Mid October, under the lights. Congrats to Josef and Colton. Pretty decent race. |

A lot of crazy shit happens at those races though and a wreck can take out half the pack. I'd rather see the title fight end at a proper driver's track tbh. Plus it's tradition too, since the 60s when Riverside used to end the year and then it was Laguna. |

Laguna Seca is the perfect season finale. It's hard but not impossible to pass and you can definitely race there, unlike Sonoma. |

Certainly way way way better than Sonoma. I really loved those Fontana late night 500-milers tough. But this is great. How I missed seeing Indy at Laguna Seca. |
