IndyCar returns to the 2.5 mile superspeedway that's nicknamed the "Tricky Triangle" - that being Pocono Raceway for the ABC Supply 500. This is the 3rd & final superspeedway race of the season, and the 2nd 500 mile race of the season. Supporting the race weekend includes the ATQMRA TQ Midgets on a temporary 1/5th mile oval at pit exit, and the Vintage Indy Registry. Only 4 races are left in the 2019 season championship, Josef Newgarden leads the points by 16 over Alexander Rossi. Simon Pagenaud & Scott Dixon are still very much in contention as well - with Will Power rounding the top 5.

After last year, I sure hope it's going to be a good superspeedway race as Pocono is one of the coolest ovals in the world. I want to see thrilling wheel to wheel battles, no touching.

First practice and qualifying cancelled due to rain. Apparently they will be running a two-hour practice session today when the weather permits.

Forecast tomorrow looks less than ideal as well. Could be a Monday race again.

Less than ideal is an understatement. 80% chance of rain pretty much all day. Monday's forecast looks great.

Practice starting in 10 minutes or so as they got the track dried - coverage starts on Gold and will transfer over to NBCSN at 2:30

Hopefully it will be good racing weather

The thing to remember (weather wise) with Pocono that it normally changes fast

I've seen forecasts being dry, 40% chance and 80% chance so far this weekend.
