No, Portland 1997: Mark Blundell beat second place Gil de Ferran by 0.027 seconds, and beat third place Raul Boesel by 0.055 seconds.

That was an awesome finish. I tuned in just in time with 10 to go and thought meh, Rosenqvist ist 5 seconds behind this'll be an easy Dixon win. Nope! Not even close. Good stuff.
