Just went back green after a yellow. Was getting pretty wild on track with a huge draft pack


McLaren not doing well at all so far with engine issues off & on all day

This NBC deal is the worst thing to happen to indycar in years, can't see a thing of indy practice anymore. Fuck NBC only thinking about the american viewers. Always enjoyed watching practice the last few years, now nothing. Can't even find an illegal stream for this.

Practice is only available with the purchase of the plan? If you have a cable subscription you can't just login to watch it?

No, fuck Indycar because this entirely on them. Of course NBC or any channel is going to ask for exclusivity. NBC asked and got it. NBC probably only cares about US rights, since they don't broadcast anything outside of US and NBC Sports Gold isn't available outside of US, and for some reason Indycar forgot the rest of the world. Or they just think it is not worth it to set up a global streaming (which would be geoblocked in US, to please NBC's demands), that's very shortsighted even if Alonso wasn't running this year.

some of the NBC team even wants IndyCar to do something for the international side. The only deal NBC cared internationally about is the Sky Sports F1 deal in the UK as they own Sky now
