No one seems to care because no one does care. They cheated, they got caught, he punished whomever he felt. Tim's still working at the shop and everywhere else but the track. Nothing wrong with thanking him.

Further... And I don't believe this, but let's just say it actually WAS a stupid mistake. Cindric takes his beating and carries on with his job having paid for that mistake.

There will always be a conflict of interest when you own the Speedway, Series and your team is one of the top 3. That kind of shit happens all the time at the smaller, more local track level. This is just much more visible. In a perfect world, Penske would leave Indycar as a team to run elsewhere, but that won't happen.

I agree that it's a closed case and there's nothing more to be done except move on and forget about it, I'm just questioning the benefit of having Roger being so visible and drawing attention to the situation. It's not like he HAS to do TV interviews. What would be the harm in keeping a lower profile?
