This is getting ridiculous. I wonder if this is something Chevy has done for qualifying engine configuration or if this could end up being a story next Sunday. Could you imagine someone having an engine cough and losing the lead in the closing laps?

If Fittipaldi pulled his time, then any time that Ericsson puts up will get him in.

Coyne really should get Harvey to qualify the #18. If Legge is anything to go by, the car is better than Rahal's and it just needs confidence.

I still find it amazing that out of all the Rahal cars, Sato (who only runs this race) is able to make the top 10 pretty easily whilst the other 3 cars which are full time entries end up 28th, 30th and lower.

Does anyone think all this charter bullshit was spear headed by Rahal because of that happened at the Indy 500 last year? I think Rahal and his dad lost a shit ton of money when they didn't make the race and now suddenly they are all talking about guaranteed spots in the Indy 500.

Also when Prema announced their entry Rahal went on record bitching that series didn't need new teams and used the "supply chain issues" line as a cover for the fact that more entires means more cars likely to put him out of the Indy 500.
