Rosenqvist on pole, Vergne didn't get out in Super Pole as his car died at pit exit.

Also was sam bird really getting shirty on the grid with his team after they made a minor engineering error that they fixed within about 2 minutes?

Not like you've given them a lot of work to do today, Sam. :whistling:

Bit dodgy there leaving that car on the racing line and not throwing even the dreaded VSC to move it :yuk:

Was at the race, beautiful weather and scenery and as already pointed out the racetrack is great.

Good turnout as well, didn't expect as many people in Morocco but the grandstand at the chicane was packed and fun actually. Jaguar had hosted an event so there was a joyful group of 40-50 people cheering like mad for the panasonic team while they were fighting for last position

Didn't know that, I only remember the WTCC layout with much longer straigths. it's been a while since I've watched a wtcc race.

Good FE race, shame there now is a 3 month gap. They should condence the season more and have it finish earlier. I want more November, December, January and February races. Now the put most race in march may april and june when all other series are starting again. Not good.

I liked that old Marrakesh layout, that fast straights and then chicanes was so cool. That new one is horrible imo. But looking at your reactions, that layout for FE is kinda good.

Not a bad race, shame that there appeared to be absolutely no spectators there

The chicane grandstand was packed, but yeah, actually the main grandstand in front of the pits was far to reach from the e-village area, plus it's less exciting to watch from so nobody bothered to go there.

It also didn't help that the tickets with stand access were 3 times as expensive as entry to the general area (more expensive than in Paris!) which was a deterrent imo. There was a big crowd there for the activities, podium, etc, a lot of young people, but they didn't have access to seats :-/
