Surely Hill will get a penalty. Screwed up a number of driver's races

So Butcher looks like he'll gain another win after the driver first over the line gets penalised for taking out Neal...

If I were Butcher I'd hold back and get the win than risk getting taken out by an idiot

Should have given Hill a drive through. The incident seemed clear cut enough to avoid having the race decided in the stewards room
