Best of luck to him and Dreadnought - would be great to see what was originally a local team do well. I have my doubts about these "Fan Sponsorship" schemes though, they never seem to come to much.

It would be nice to see an MG back on the grid, but Luti had more or less the same plan a couple of years ago and nothing came of it.

That's brilliant news. He'll be the first ex-F1 driver in the series since Gabriele Tarquini in 2000.

EDIT: Tiff Needell was actually the last ex-F1 driver in 2001.

Brilliant! I already expect he'll do better than Ralf Schumacher does in DTM :p

Will he be in a third car or is he taking Thompson's place when he goes off racing elsewhere? :?
