Whats the point of Formula Renault qualifying??

20 mins session, of which all the driver sit out the first 10 mins. Then they all slow down to find themselves some space.

8O

Overall a decent day. Shame I ran out of batteries for my camera, still took 400 pics though.

Thing is it's then a month until the next weekend and then another break of six weeks or so. I don't get the successive weekends, especially since Rockingham has an oval section as well and there's always the chance of being sent into the oval wall in a startline accident.

BTCC won't race on the same weekend as a European F1 race if they can help it (good idea imo).

And this year they're shitting themselves about the world cup and won't bother racing while that's on (meh...time difference? *shrug* ) so have shifted things around accordingly.

Oh well, I won't complain for these two weeks, then I'll probably spend most of the summer complaining :p

(Just think, if they hadn't compressed the schedule like this the IPL wouldn't be a problem...booo! )

"This week there's an added extra for you on the website because you can watch the final BTCC race of the day."

That's not an added extra, the only difference is you aren't bothering to show it on TV...

I'm expecting to be disappointed today. Hopefully it'll be a pleasant surprise.
