Jones just crashed in T1 in practice 2. That was a big off, something failed there.

They're saying they will try and have a replacement round for this weekend (probably at Phillip Island?) by the end of the season.

With that said I suspect Symmons is going to be called off now (or run without spectators) given that the federal government is advising the cancellation of all non-essential mass gatherings from Monday.

New Zealand has no chance as well. That could be pushed to the end of the season.

Yep, zero chance, we've essentially closed our boarders

Full broadcast and format details for the eseries here. It looks like it will be available to watch live for free through twitch and FB for those who don't have Kayo or Fox, which is good.

That went pretty well. There was a lot of carnage (the first lap at Monza looked like a TBK fun race and Rick Kelly flipped about 10 times at PI), but the racing was decent once they got past the first couple of laps and there was very little lag or glitching.

Annoyingly they aren't showing it on twitch this week so I'm having to watch on shitty FB live.

Verstappen is in the field this week and he's going pretty well so far.

Another 2 second places for Max, so 3 in total out of 4 race for the evening, not a bad virtual Supercars debut

This is not great news for the series, although if this article is correct it's not worth that much aside from reduced airfare tickets.

Will Power and Simona will be taking part in the eseries which will only be at Bathurst this week.

More enjoyable races, felt sorry for Power, he should have had better results. Alex Rossi and Joey Logano will be joining next weekend for the races at Watkins Glen and Montreal

They should at least have a second division race for the co-drivers and Super2 guys.

https://www.speedcafe.com/2020/05/01/motorsport-to-resume-in-nt-this-month/

Australian motorsport will be making a small return this month after an essentially total hiatus since the GP weekend, as the Northern Territory has decided to permit racing and other sports from the 15th as they have had only a handful of detected cases of the virus and have basically shut their borders for the last few weeks. Obviously that means the Supercars round in Darwin (which is scheduled for 15-17 July) won't be able to go ahead unless they are given an exemption or they open up the borders again.
