http://www.supercars.com/news/championship/commission-moves-to-stem-tyre-trouble/ In short, they've mandated a larger minimum tire pressure and reccomended people use less camber. There's no more sets of tires. They're also going to put a cone on the pit entry, as a bunch of penalties were handed out for people slightly cutting the entry.
