I'll say this much:
The racing was great throughout the day.
The penalties are backwards. Starting an inch too far forward is not a more serious offence than punting someone out of the way.
I personally disagree with Chilton's penalty. There have been countless similar incidents in the past which have gone un-penalised but the rules are different now. If Chilton himself thinks the call was fair enough, then we should just leave it at that. Although it was rich of Neal to go crying to the stewards in the first place.
