Marquez went for a diminishing gap and he was nearly out of control. Rossi was pushed wide and even Marquez had to run off the circuit to retain control of his machine.

That's poor treatment of Melandri by Aprilia. Melandri was placed into a "damned if you do, damned if you don't" situation as he never wanted to go to MotoGP, instead requesting to stay within Aprilia's WSBK operation where he knew he could provide Aprilia and himself success.

Poor Melandri, he didn't want to go to MotoGP but was kinda forced to. And now it ends like this... Hope he can still get a good seat in WSBK, because the way Aprilia treated him is piss poor.

3rd ever Belgian to win a GP and due to it seldom happening, I'm gonna listean to the Belgian anthem for the first time(at least that I remember)

I don't watch F1 anymore but sometimes I do watch GP3/2. Yeah, I forgot about Vandorne but I don't watch the podium ceremony of GP2, so that's why I'm not familiar with the Belgian anthem :p
