I was just thinking, they should put the Lexan spoilers on the cars for superspeedways instead of some reflective shit.

Yea, I'm not sure why they haven't thought of it yet. They've been having problems seeing through the car in front for many years now.

What an awesome weekends racing at Talladega. Love the new style plate racing. Finally got rid of the boring single file riding around. Less chance of a big wreck happening. Note the number of single car spins. Whats not to love?

Finish was just amazing!

Really? I swear to God you're just a troll, it can't be anything else. No one can be that contrary all the time.

Isn't NASCAR planning on letting the manufacturers have more leeway with the cars' body designs? That might solve the problem of this two car crap at Talladega.

It's amazing how NASCAR has been bastardized so much in a span of few years. First Bristol, now this.

I didn't care for that. I'd rather see them bump them out of the way.

I almost soiled myself from sheer joy when Logano took out Busch and Kenseth on Sunday.

it's still a bump, just required a bit more finesse.

Ha, she's got nothing on the redneck that blamed Johnson for the fall Talladega 2006 wreck.

Sad fact is, it doesn't matter that we, the diehard "old-school" fans, hate the 2-car draft.

As long as it ends up a last lap pass/photo finish and satisfies the yuppie fans NASCAR's going after, Brian France won't change a damn thing.

Pretty much. Based on the last races for them, Daytona and Talladega will join every other track for me where I wont watch or barely watch until the final 15% of the race. There is virtually no reward to watching for the first three hours. At least if you only tune in for the end and it's awful, you won't feel like you wasted anything.

I think the only races I'll watch in full this year are Montreal, Road America and Kentucky since it's Cup's first stop there. Truck races are alright most of the time though, as far as quality and length of the race goes.

So I saw the replay today. I still hate Kurt Busch for spinning Cassil and Blaney. I shutter to think if Blaney wouldn't have gotten turned........
