The first race in the Chase For The Sprint Cup begins at Loudon.

Alternatively, you can watch the Vi-Bretts pound the Dolphins into tuna.

Sprint Cup: Lenox Industrial Tools 301 (Sunday @ 1:00pm ET on ESPN)
Camping World Trucks: TheRaceDayRaffleSeries.com 175 (Saturday @ 2:30pm ET on SPEED)
ARCA: Kentuckiana Ford Dealers Fall Classic (Saturday @ 7:00pm ET)

Also, the Whelen Modified race will air live on SPEED at 1pm Saturday prior to the Truck race. Ryan Newman is scheduled to compete.

Guess I'm watching the final laps of this one now that KCBS blacked out the Chargers game and showing the JEST game instead.

I hate the NFL blackout rules.

ARCA at fucking Salem. It's such a shame the Salem races aren't televised anymore. They're always some of the best races of the year. I'll be there all day Saturday. :flag:

I wish all the ARCA races were televised,it'd probably boost car counts at the short tracks. This year they've been lucky to get about 30-32 cars each week, down from the 35 or so they'd been getting. Salem's lucky to get 30 anymore, a few years ago before the economy imploded, they had 50 cars show up.

I know some teams only run the bigger tracks, but I'm sure there's also a few that only run the televised events for the sponsors.

Alternatively, I shall watch a stream of the Titans humiliate that cocksucker Polamalu and the Steelers.

Seahawks don't start their game at Denver until after the race is over, unless the race runs long.

Depending on how the Jags do this season, which probably won't amount to much. My football viewing as with last season will be pretty much limited. At least the still the Rays. :flag:

Nice job by the 12 team. Must feel good to finally get a pole again after Newman made them so accustomed to it.

lololol

Quote:
#2 Team caught with an extra set of tires: The #2 Penske Racing team of Kurt Busch, was accused of harboring an extra set of tires acquired from the #64 Gunselman Motorsports team. Crew chief Steve Addington called situation "a miscommunication with NASCAR." Addington was attempting to make a qualifying run with a pair of scuffed left tires and fresh "sticker" tires on the right. For his effort, driver Kurt Busch posted the 12th fastest lap with a speed of 132.864 mph. "It was a mix-up and we got penalized for it," said Addington who will lose a set of tires for Saturday's two practice sessions. The #2 Dodge will have to run both sessions with just two sets of tires. Teams are allowed six set of tires for practice and qualifying at New Hampshire. Addington will retain all eight sets of his tires for the Sylvania 300. When NASCAR was asked about the situation, Sprint Cup Series Director John Darby said the sanctioning body "won't know (of any repercussions) for sure until the end of the second practice tomorrow."(FoxSports)(9-17-2010)

Todd Bodine's Truck Series Crew Chief Mike Hillman Jr had his leg run over during the East Series race earlier. He apparently has two broken bone and his entire leg was dislocated in it.
