The Nationwide Series entry list has had a couple of field fillers added. Specialty Racing has entered the #61 car and McDonald Motorsports is entering a second car (#82) with Matt Carter as the driver.

Well, I'm thinking this could be Boris' weekend. He has no excuses this time, really. He's in a car locked into the top 35, so he can go for the pole and not worry about just getting the car in.

That's always been his excuse, that he has to baby the car in qualifying to just get in the race, well, not this time. We'll see how he does.

Well remember he started from pole in Mexico back several years ago and finished 2nd to Truex I think. Back when Evernham equipment was good too.

Anyone else think we are gonna see more wrecks than usual caused by overdriving due to the fact that almost all of the gravel and grass has been replaced by paved runoffs?

Nothing major, just a small dent at the right rear panel was the result from that. It sent Matt spinning without making any further contact.

The dent is repaired by now.

Jerry Punch was on NASCAR Now. His face was literally as orange as the Home Depot rign on the wall.

Is he trying out to be a guest star on Jersey Shore?

I noticed on the ARCA entry list that the same driver is listed for the #9 and #68 cars. Unless Michael Sosebee cloned himself, I don't know how that happened.
