if it was an all black car that went airborne, it was likely Ken Schrader.

Looks like Sacks will go to a backup car. Reports are that his car snapped loose and hit the wall quite hard driver's side.

Drivers have been compaining that their cars have been extremely loose in the draft...Not only that, its taken some teams 12 hours to get through tech.

About the car getting airborne..Jayski isn't reporting anything about that, other people who are at the track arent saying anything like that, and my friend at the track said that didnt happen.

From NASCAR.com

Quote:
Greg Sacks, who made his last national series start in 2005 in the Cup Series, crashed his No. 88 JR Motorsports Chevrolet and had to go to a backup car for Thursday's first practice, which begins at 2 p.m. ET. Sacks made 25 laps and was 18th on the time sheet.

In the only other incident, Paul Menard, who ended up 16th on the sheet in his No. 98 Roush Fenway Racing Ford, spun without making contact.

the cars being loose may result in two things - good drivers will shine, and less pack racing.

Both Cup sessions and the Nationwide happy hour later will be on tv. The second Nationwide session (currently ongoing) isn't being televised.

Wouldn't call it "incredible" lol. They're only double file and taking it relatively easy. No sense in destroying your equipment in a practice session. Though I know that's never stopped them before.

Some serious storm clouds in the background behind turns 1-2.
