the first 140 laps were okay i guess, but it just left something else to be desired. everyone just sat in line, nobody could actually work their way to the front. they were just stuck wherever they were. ive decided that i don't like the double file restart at any track now. it sucks on the plate tracks too.

and then when they actually started racing each other nicely for the win, kurt busch went and wrecked 2 more people and ruined the finish.

No, you're wrong...

If you watch the accident, while Hornish had his massive head of steam up the middle, Kurt Busch was coming down off the top lane and did so right into the path of the much faster moving Sam Hornish - call it a block gone wrong, really.

Daytona will be so much better once its been resurfaced.

Overall a dull race until the last 15 laps or so.

Getting back to the N'Wide race... Am I the only one still not convinced that Dale Jr won't be driving the 3 again?

I see him a decade from now doing the same thing again in Goodwrench colors. Childress and Teresa would orgasm at the amount of cash that venture would make.

That is if he is even still racing in ten years.

i didn't see much "racing" in that race. the cot is a complete abomination, im done pretending to like it.
All the racing was for the first 140 laps. The rest was a demo derby.

Yea, that's a shame, just like the repaving will be. Even though it got shitty at the end, the racing was fantastic all the way before it.

I agree. They finally found a package that suits Daytona and how slick it is, and they resurface the track right after.

What's with the thread title? Did the Dinger get fired or something?
