Couple of things to note about the Splash of Doom: The guy kneeling in front of Bowman in the black shirt and cap was Jeff Gordon The EMT helping him out was the head medical tech for NASCAR. So, not only did Bubba made the Hendrick Motorsports blacklist, I figure that he's getting a 5-figure fine for that...minimum. It's okay, Bubba will send Bowman to the fence within the next 3 races or so and screw Alex out of the playoffs because muh dramah (and because NASCAR's too predictable in this regard) |

Plus if what Bubba was doing (waving the finger and throwing blocks) is correct, he kinda deserved to get dumped into the wall for it. |

I don't understand the "throwing blocks" part They were both on the lead lap and being in the chase doesn't entitle you to a wave by like Micheal Schumacher used to expect from non-title rivals. I also assume NASCAR drivers flip the bird a hell of a lot more than we ever get to know about So not excusing any of the post race stuff, but also don't think any of that deserved him to be turned into the wall |
