Not to question the policies or anything because I know its the most litigious country in the world, but has there ever been an incident with lightning at race tracks that prompted this or is it just them being preventative

It seems to me that a race would've been stopped due to rain long before lightning would get anyone, but I'm not going to jail if anyone dies due to a lightning strike, so I guess that's easy to say...

It's the right, though annoying, move. Pocono was a bad deal and grandstands have been struck by lightning in the past.

Boy, now it's raining again. They really don't want Haley to win this.
