Last minute, untested changes wouldn't make me feel good if I was a driver

sure, slap another huge fin on the rear wing, we have no idea how it'll effect the racing, or more importantly if it'll send the cars flying if they spin around at speed....but apparently that's less dangerous than a couple MPH over 200?
