NASCAR penalties are like speed camera tickets; they're not there to deter breaking the rules, they're there to give the appearance NASCAR doesn't want the rules broken while happily pocketing more money from the teams.

He still keeps the win though. It is not handed to Kyle Busch.

Last time NASCAR took a win from a top 3 series race was Michigan in the 1995 Busch Series.

Yeah, thank god they respect the emotions of who's viewing.

2008 Spa GP, or last year Austin GP from F1 makes me think Nascar is certainly doing the right thing.
