All on Poole there. Backmarker had someone on his outside already, Poole dived for a gap that was never there.

I don't know who is pitting the JR Motorsports cars because apparently their plane was stuck in Arkansas after a warning light came on warning them of possible electrical issues. Hendrick sent a plane to Arkansas to get them but they weren't going to make it in time for the start of the race. Hendrick's Cup crews were also on the plane.

Just watched the Xfinity race, that was an amazing battle between the 21 and 00.

Just finished the entirety of the truck race. The last 50 laps were a massacre

Hell of a race Robby, missed all the shenanigans and brought the truck home with a solid finish. Mad respect, dude

Good luck in Miami

Don't quite understand all the hate for the dogleg section. I think it's a cool, unique aspect of an oval track, something most NASCAR tracks can't claim.

BTW, despite all the crazy moves we have seen at that point in the track, it rarely results in big serious wrecks like we saw last night (which as usual everyone walks away from).

I'm fine with it if they marked it as part of the track and made the white lines follow down that way

But after the truck race when someone goes so far down they have a trail coming off the back of their car due to all the dust, causing inevitable wrecks when they rejoin, you have to think it's going a bit too far

the truck who went down there didn't cause the wreck tho - it was the two trucks in the middle getting together. besides, we need more interesting and unique tracks. - not fewer

Phoenix was still unique when there was grass there.

The lines don't mean anything at Phoenix. I think it's just Talladega and Daytona where you can be penalized for cutting the lines in certain sections of the track.

Think he'll stay there for good courtesy of Father Time. Getting on a bit now.

Yeah, I know he's mad and I don't care. I do not care. I did not care then. I do not care now. I'm here to race him.

I know I've said it before but that was a perfect example of just how nasty the T4 track/wall geometry is at Phoenix.

Just like the old T2 wall. That could be nasty.

Exactly. Another example of "fixing" something that wasn't broken.
