I wonder if the fact she's almost 100 pounds lighter then most of the other drivers contributes to why she's always fast in qualifying at the flat out tracks?

She wasn't all that fast last year, IIRC. That's just Tommy Balwin Racing vs. Stewart-Haas Racing.

They're actually answering that weight question now - they add weight to the cars with the lighter drivers. Anyone under around 180lbs (and there are quite a few), they add up to that amount in extra weight. I remember hearing they added chunks of tungsten to do this, and the only reason I remembered is because my wedding ring is tungsten. haha
