I get stopping people putting whole new front ends on cars but is a time limit really needed? It just makes them rush repairs even more which just makes debris falling off more likely.

Harvick took this literally, moving to the back just so he could get caught up in a minor wreck he wouldn't have been a part of had he been at the front
