Dover has removed a bunch of grandstands and also added new catchfencing.

Seems counter-intuitive. If you don't have grandstands, you don't need the fence to protect the people who aren't there. lol

The fences were pretty low there, so it seems a sensible change.

Pity they couldn't change the bit the cars run on though, asphalt Dover would be interesting.
