Can't say I remember the last time a nationwide car had it's nose bent upwards like that.

He had the car built by Roush just as something for fun. He is friends with a lot of the guys, including my friends dad, that work there and they built it for him. They all went to the track with him and this is what happened after he dipped too far below the apron. Car spun around into the wall and was on its side. Had gopros in the car will upload the footage when I can.
It was a COT with a nationwide nose.

Some details about the 2015 rules package test on Monday… Some of it sounds promising while others are cringe-worthy.

The 9 inch spoiler with the dive planes would be great if they keep the same amount of horsepower.

In 3-5 years, these cars are gonna look like DTM hunks of shit.

Remember when we were all excited NASCAR decided to allow "Boys have at it?" Boy we were dumb.......

This is knee-jerk IMO. As long as you stay a reasonable distance from the field (under yellow of course) I think it's fine to show some displeasure. Call me stupid but a part of me thinks it might even be sort of important to let a driver do a little finger pointing, get in someone's head just a little if he thinks it'll get the message across. You can draw the line at throwing helmets and shit or getting way too close and intruding on the racing surface.

It's another of NASCAR's huge list of problems: they're too stupid and scared to just lay some general ground rules and make judgment calls on a case-specific basis. So they inevitably end up making guidelines that are way too open and lenient ("boys have at it") or way too strict and lazy.

Yep, I agree - we might not see on-track stuff, but in the pits after the race will be fair game (where, let's face it, has always been the right place for it).
