They're so fast and light up through the exit of the essses. Don't have to miss your marks/overdrive very much at all to get in trouble. Looked like he might have lost sight of the exit as well when he closed in on the 11 so quickly.

Just a few laps before that Kurt Busch came very close and might have even brushed the guardrail on driver's right at the top of the hill. Commentators missed it.

I noticed that too. Maybe the higher speeds are pushing them closer to the limit.
