If this is true, A threat like that in itself, even if he didn't actually do it (running a human being over), should be a MAJOR penalty IMO. He should know better then that.

Brian Scott is the shittiest rich kid drivers to get behind the wheel. Couple truck wins in almost a decade of starts in NASCAR AND ARCA. He needs to find another profession. At least the Dillion boyz have some talent.

And Townley is finally starting to settle down

Townley has improved greatly over the last three years. He still has wrecks but usually they're not of his making anymore. Scott has been consistently useless since ARCA.

The third shortest book in the world is called "Drivers More Useless than John Wes Townley and Brian Scott". It has one page and says nothing.
