Both Force India drivers & Mclaren.

Raikkonen & Grosjean were close to get my vote.

Williams and Mclaren. Horrible strategy calls all race through.

Seriously don't understand why people are voting for Raikkonen. Don't see how it's his fault when team issues cause him to start from 16th which sets the scene for the race.

As for my fails, I'll go with Hulkenberg, Grosjean and Maldonado (for the incident with the Marussia)

I don't really see what Räikkönen did to be the farce of the race today? I actually thought this was one of his better races of the season, he managed to score some solid points from p16 on the grid on a track that's very hard to overtake on, and I think that he could have had an even better result with a decent grid position.

Edit: Yay for simultanious posting!

Mclaren: Why pit under the first safety car and go out with both cars on inters again. They could have won this race if they had gone for slicks there.
Williams: Why all the race on the hard tyre? it made no sense unless they were 1 stopping which they didn't
Force India: not the team, but since there are only 3 voting options I couldn't select both drivers. They both were in contention for a top 5 finish and just threw it away in the first part of the race.

Too many to choose from, in the end I went with:

Lotus: reliability is still a dream and when you add two unreliable drivers to that...well you get Lotus' results in this race.

Grosjean: ok he was on slicks, but so were other drivers. You can't make such a mistake when you're the only driver in your team who can get something out of the race.

Ericsson: Catheram, just do the world a favor and hire a proper paydriver who at least brings it home. I'm tired of seeing this guy spinning and crashing all over the place and yet being constantly and consistently slower than Kobayashi.

Other (dis)honorable mentions: McLaren and Williams for the bad strategy, Perez and Hulkenberg for being ar reliable as Grosjean and Maldonado.

Vettel for spinning out on his own (great save tho), then opting to run the rest of the race on the same set of tires to no real benefit. Hulk for Perez'ing Perez. RoGro for derping under caution.

Maldonado - spinning on the reconnaissance lap, then taking out Bianchi for no real reason
Grosjean - spinning under SC
Lotus - for being bad

Easy, Perez. Takes out his team mate and then crashes on the front straight like a rookie. Single handedly destroyed Force India's afternoon.
