Well this is the proposed Greek Grand Prix track, not designed by Tilke. I think that excuse to not blame Tilke is BS, because this looks way different than anything that has come from his pen.

Until the FIA appoint someone else to build the tracks, I will blame him every time cause he is the one that actually designs the tracks.

Because he has to design set to a number of FIA requirements.

Changing designer won't change anything unfortunately.

I disagree. F1 cars have to be designed by number of FIA requirements and still teams find different approaches to comply to those requirements.

Different view might freshen things up.

Can we change the thread title to "2014 F1 It's Time To Bitch About Tilke Again Discussion" please?

My suggestions:

Monday - Hamilton's moaning from previous GP
Tuesday - FIArarri
Wednesday - Tilke Sucks!
Thursday - Bernie is a manipulative scumbag and his daughters are scroungers
Friday - RAIN
Saturday - Urgh! I miss V8 noise!
Sunday - DRS = BOOOOOORRRRRRRRINNNNNNGGGGG and Urgh! NO RAIN

I just want better looking cars, wider with fat tires

but those good tracks actually are better for the drivers, more challenging and so, to provide better races, all those things they applied in the past years and of course not letting Vettel or Ferrari win

This makes a refreshing change from last years schedule of

Monday - Vettel sucks
Tuesday - Vettel sucks
Wednesday - Vettel sucks
Thursday - Vettel sucks
Friday - Vettel sucks
Saturday - Vettel sucks
Sunday - Vettel sucks

Oh so true, but in reality that was only for the second half of the season. Whereas for the first half it was this...

Monday - Pirelli sucks
Tuesday - Pirelli sucks
Wednesday - Pirelli sucks
Thursday - Pirelli sucks
Friday - Pirelli sucks
Saturday - Pirelli sucks
Sunday - Pirelli sucks

I've seen the photos of the Olympic stadiums, imagine what the state of the pits would be like on the second visit! Korea would look like a 5 star hotel!

The only thing that I am aware of that ever took place in Korea (not counting national races) other than F1 was GT Asia.

I actually quite liked the South Korean race. Apart from its absolutely remote location (THAT could have actually been the Russian GP) I liked the lighting which gave a distinct autumn feel.

Such a waste of a fairly decent track.

Speaking of possible circuits, the president of the Portugal Motor Club said that Bernie wants to go back to Portugal, but it'd cost around €20m per year, and with the Middle East giving out twice that, they just go there.

Mercedes are asking fans to tweet them to decide if they want them to implement Team Orders or continue to let the drivers race.
https://twitter.com/MERCEDESAMGF1

Letting drivers continue to race seems to be winning so far.

Haha yeah, but now they ask about disciplinary measures, and look at the result :D
