btw, Kubica will lose his position in the start, since he doesn't have KERS and the others(exception to BGP) have.

Redbull and Williams are without KERS too.

Williams without? 8O

Well good news for Robert. Boy, Ferrari is lucky, now they have no cars with KERS ahead. Won't get surprised if Kimi or Massa manage to get third(or close) in the start.

If they're not careful about it, the only thing they'll be getting is a birds-eye view of the track.

move to 3rd at the start? No way. You are overestimating KERS.. IMO one of them will pass Rosberg and very lucky if Kubica too.

Also can be a hinderance if you get too good a start and you have to brake.

Kubica is not a good starter. If Ferrari will lose their front wing is another matter, but chances are that they jump in the front.
Anyway this race should be interesting, Webber must overtake Ferraris(he's heavier so probably during pit stops) considering Vettel's position and that it is his home GP. Nakajima may provide some entertaiment as well since he has a fast car.

I'm sure they will try to behave as good as they can!
BTW do the drivers have to charge their KERS on their lap to the grid+warm up lap? Or is it charged before that even.

To answer your question, the teams can charge the devices on the grid. ;)

With the Toyotas being moved to the back. 7th to 3rd by turn 1 can be done.

I have the same problem! I don't know if my phone will change times automatically. I presume not. I'll keep it on the hour as it is today and set the alarm like i did for qualifying (20 minutes before qualifying -5.40 AM-). That way, even if it would change automatically, I would be up safely (with maybe an hour and 20 minutes to spare instead of 20 :p ).

Imagine waking up, turning on the tv, and seeing the winner cross the line...

but the distance from start to turn 1 is short that I dont think KERS cars will have maybe 1 car passed before turn 1. I think that most teams with KERS will use only half of power at start and then the other half of power on the straight going into turn 2.

Why do I get the feeling all the teams are looking at Brawn GP's times and they're all be going like Bender from Futurama and thinking : "Well... we're boned !"

well not surprised. they've been fully concentrated on this car for about a year now. i cant help but laugh at honda though. they pull out, and off they go locking out the front of the grid.

Apparently there is another driver with the same car.

Ouch

The crappy driver did the fastest lap of the weekend, why Button didn't? Barrichello has been faster than Button all weekend, so it's very possible for him to win this race.
