No, I'd like to see what he can do next year with the regs. Could be fun. Besides this season isn't over yet. There is still a chance he can turn things around.

It's up to him.
I personaly wouldn't want him to retire. I still think he's one of the racers out there, who is just currently just in a bit of a tough period. He'll get his rythm back soon I hope, since it would be a shame to see him gone so soon.

I would like to say I'm back (formerly known under the hated name of Anasazi). I know I'll have a lot to make up to regain your confidence and rightly so: I broke promises, stated to behave better with a new username and have been absolutely atrocious and a troll in my Kimi posts.

I wish this to be a new start maybe. Give me the chance.
If I think of stupid things I won't post them anymore (unless the situation itself lends itself to it of course) and I will be a contributor rather than a fight-starting moron.

As for this question of JJ.

I think no matter what, Kimi will hold himself to his contractual terms and he will race for Ferrari in 2009.

Yes. Not because he's rubbish, because he isn't. It's just that if it becomes apparent that he wasn't going to retire and he gets beaten by Massa, his reputation will be wrongfully tarnished

I don't care for Kimi as a driver, but I think it'd be a waste if he were to retire so young.

Voted for I don't care. I'm honestly neither here nor there over whether he retires or not, because if he continues to be as mediocre as he has been this year I don't think it's going to make too much difference to F1.

I don't think he should retire, but move sports. Rallying is much more his thing, judging by his attitude towards racing.

I don't get why everyone thinks Massa sucks so much. He can be wild at times, sure, but he is definitely a quick driver. Even then, everyone seems to forget last year, when Kimi had Massas number for the entire 2nd half of the season. It's clear that Raikkonen is not comfortable in the car for qualifying, and can't get the heat into the tires that he needs, thus Massa is beating him.

Yeah but at least if he retires, it'll either show he doesn't care (which makes it more acceptable after winning the title last year) or at least gives that impression even if that wasn't the case

Massa's surprised me lately and has improved a lot but it still wouldn't look good on Kimi's part to lose to him

Massa has always been quick, it's just he's very inconsistent. Over the past two seasons though his inconsistency is decreasing and he's becoming a more rounded driver.

Still makes too many n00bish errors. If he stopped doing that, he'd be very hard to beat.

If he would retire now, he would be running away with his tail between his legs to be honest. He has so much more he can do, and he is like what, 29 now?

He's lucky to be at Ferrari, without Todt he wouldn't be where he's

I think Massa suffers from negative 1st impression syndrome. TBH, something doesn't seem right. Whether it's the car or he actually isn't 100% commited, I don't know.

Ive never been a big Kimi fan. If he retires then it'll be a loss for F1 but then Alonso will just fill his seat at Ferrari, so Ferrari fans will have nothing to worry about

I don't think that's prety fair. Yes massa made quite some mistakes in the past, but he is proving to be a worthy F1 champion now in my opinion.

I hope he goes to BMW, and Alonso to Ferrari, so we have Rubens save
