Marussia is taking the exact same road as Spyker it seems.

Not quite. Spyker went to Le Mans first before getting into F1.

I'm not disagreeing (or agreeing) because we know little about Marussia at this time.

Times are different as well. MVR run on a minute budget compared to that required by Spyker. MVR have an association with McLaren which means access to personnel and facilities to help develop the car. Spyker just used Ferrari's engine, probably at very high cost.

That's actually BS. Doctor who was making surgery's after Roberts crash said that his recovery is going very well and that he was suprised by how well he was healing.

Those are two completely different aspects, so not BS.

Kubica's progress hasn't been ideal = Kubica wanted to be racing again before end of 2011, he hasn't even sat in a race car

Recovery is going very well = The healing process has been steady and the arm plus muscles, etc... is regaining strength and movement

Wickens will drive FP1 at Abu Dhabi, presumably at Custard's expense.

Yeah, I know he's mad and I don't care. I do not care. I did not care then. I do not care now. I'm here to race him.

Considering we'll most likely be close to the end of his F1-career, I need to ask this quickly: why do you always call him 'Custard'? :p I must have missed the origin of it.

Yup, looks like Custard's number is up. Had his chance, and Wickens is bloody good.

Now can we dump Trulli, Barrichello, Petrov and Liuzzi please?

Meanwhile, someone on Atlas posted that Rosberg is at Maranello today. Credibility? About zero probably.

So Brazil could be his last stand?

I'll go get my coat...

According to an article on Speed Rosberg was at Maranello the week before last weekend's race.

Well it'd be nice to have a decent Ferrari driver alongside Nando.

It would also leave the Fifi trio happy as one of them would slot in alongside Michael, unless Massa and Rosberg directly swap.

Custard and Baguette as teammates, would make for some good banter wouldn't it?

Didn't Nico sign a contract extension with Mercedes GP during the season?
