Really did not expect Aston Martin to be anywhere near Red Bull this weekend. I wasn't too surprised at Old Man Nando being there, but Stoll finishing second in Q1 is a bit much.

That McLaren sounded like some crown wheels came loose. Obviously impossible with the hybrid engine.

Bearman just knocked out. Anyway, you can't expect impossible.

Damn fine effort for Bearman having jumped in last minute.

Imagine the gaga if Bearman pushed Sir Hamilton out of Q3.

had been Sainz there Hamilton would had to start 11th tomorrow

perhaps Mercedes again went with race setup instead while Astons are doing sleak on the one lap pace

Yeah, I know he's mad and I don't care. I do not care. I did not care then. I do not care now. I'm here to race him.

I don't know what that grid is, but one thing it isn't is one that gives me any enthusiasm for the race tomorrow

Best we're gonna see is Alonso lose a few places because he's dragging the car forward over one lap that the car cannot maintain over a race distance, and maybe the mercedes gain a couple of places.....but who knows, it feels like that's gonna be their true pace and any hope of them even getting podiums this season is going to have to rely on timely SCs or VSCs that probably won't happen unless Sergeant actually breaks down this time

Only potential spice could be when Tsunoda and Ricciardo inevitably come back together when their strategies converge tomorrow, who will they be telling to move over this time, and it doesn't feel like either of them are going to obey....

But yeah, if we get through T1 without any kind of surprises then I can't imagine this race is gonna be a classic... :(

Super impressed by Bearman. He just seems to have that self confidence to not get intimidated by these cars and the track. Can't wait to see what he does in the race. He'll probably go backwards due to lack of tire management experience, but curious to see if he can put some spicy overtakes on.

Sainz is already doing public appearances after his surgery. His recovery seems to be way easier than Albon's.

What a horrible anthem.
