They should anticipate with the 10 minute warning that it doesn't have to stop raining completely. Just that in 10 minutes the track drivable.

Should just green flag it immediately and the race includes trying to get your helmet on and strapping in as quick as possible

The closest we will ever get was those 'Behind the scenes' videos of the Drivers Briefings a few years ago, those were great.

But the drivers complained, they started talking less and wanted the meetings over quicker because the cameras were there. So they got binned.
