An event without many incidents, just some slight contacts like the one between Norris and Gasly that brought safety car. Verstappen won.

Why is FP2 so late compared to other sessions? 1:00am - 2:00am for me.

Anyway, I'm just glad it's not a sprint weekend. Can't wait to relax on sofa, have a cup of tea and put FPs run in the background.
Bit shame F1TV stopped rotating commentators. I really enjoyed last year with John Watson and Ben Edwards doing commentary for the weekend like it was year 1996 again. I could listen them forever, but alas, it was one-time-only occasion.

Hopefully we'll have some changing conditions. Doesn't look probable atm.

How much money are the tickets for the weekend? Because that is possibly the most pathetic support roster I have ever seen. One support series. Talk about being ripped off.

The Florida Man Memorial Harbor presented by Walmart Across The Street has returned, and it has actual water this time! (Well, not all of it.)

yesterday I went to check and the cheapest available is 800 euros for the weekend

is way cheaper to see the tourist traps in the area rather than attend F1

When I went to Interlagos in 1997 there were no support series whatsoever. At least it wasn't bloody expensive. R$ 137. No idea how much is it in today's money.

damn, that at the time was minimum wage. I made the conversion, it was BRL 1142 or USD 226 in today's money

when I went in 2008 ticket for the day was around BRL 770 or USD 152 in today's money

No way I’d pay €20 to watch this crap, let alone €800.

that apply to nearly all races, even places worth going like Spa you'll have tough time with Max Verstappen fanboys

Post subject:  Re: Formula 1 Crypto.com Miami Grand Prix 2023

Is it seriously that expensive now? I paid about €350 for a 3 day pass at Spa, in one of the better grandstands, in 2010. Thought that was a lot of money at the time...

I’d rather pay peanuts and deal with Verstappen fanboys tbh.
