Kvyat FL by 0,5 secs? Did he take a short cut?

No.

Lewis won't even have a try.

Vettel wins.

Now let's hear LeClerc's bitching about the undercut.

Vettel doesn't look overjoyed in the way that he used to. And Leclerc looks upset. Hmm

Nothing to be happy about when the team has to bail his ass. Ferrari can't keep LeClerc handcuffed for the entire season in years to come.

I think it's beyond that. I've seen more emotion from Kimi after wins. Someone needs to tell him to go fishing

Last time when Vettel won in Singapore the celebration was much more enthusiastic.

Yeah muted celebration for sure but I'm sure it would've been more emotional had he been in the championship fight for example. But I'm sure he'll still take a lot of personal satisfaction from the win after the horrendous run since Belgium 2018.

Frankly, I expected a more enthusiastic celebration because of Vettel's awful streak. A bit like the emotion we had in Austin with Kimi winning again after years. It is a moment that deserved more than that.

But it's weird how it was a muted celebration and also how Vettel didn't even own that moment as you would expect for someone who is a more than proven champion. He seemed quite awkward there.

I think this win ended up making it clear how Vettel isn't regarded in the same way as he used to be and how Ferrari seems to be in an interregnum that makes them feel a bit lost.

Gio got given a ten second penalty for driving too close to the crane recovering Russells car. Doesn't change the result as 11th was 16 seconds behind him.

I like Vettel, but Leclerc is the future. I think Seb is realizing that his chance to win a title for the Tifosi has passed him.

I wouldn't be exulting either when I know a wrong call from the pits was what awarded me the win.

To be fair to Ferrari, as per Binotto, by the time they realised Red Bull were about to pit Verstappen, it was only possible to get Vettel to pit as Leclerc was a bit too far ahead to ask to come in by that point.

Yesterday I saw three types of drivers. Those who know how to pass someone on a street circuit, those who don't know but try and fail, and those who don't even try. Sadly, those in the last group were all "battling" for the top 6 places.
